There are a lot of kids out playing which shows our community is safe. You have a little bit of everything in this town It is easy to walk to the beach, walk to shopping areas or even walk to work if you are working in the Goleta Business area.
Public transportation is also a short walk. Many employers are also located nearby. The beach is a 10 min. Walk to farmers market on Sundays, get coffee at Starbucks and a fresh donut or pastry at Anna's bakery, all walking distance, can't beat it!
