It has worked fine on some Windows 7 computers however it has not worked on others. Run the troubleshooter that is that can be found on the web page for which link is mentioned below and check if that fixes the issue.

I should have probably told you that the joystick was working fine with no problems before the latest windows update, after the update it disapears from devices and printers and does not work. I have also attempted uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers, manually right clicking and trying to update drivers Windows determined alll my drivers up to date driver detective says i have 22 out of date drivers that need to be updated however.
The driver cannot be restored to a previous version nor can it be updated. Also there are 2 other drivers with the same name as that one ,im not sure why, i only have 1 joystick.
